You Gotta Start Somewhere...

Have you ever noticed that the hardest part of any new endeavor is the learning curve to get started on the part you actually want to do. I have this blog and a YouTube channel as well. Getting started on both platforms has required me to dive down the rabbit holes of learning things I will (possibly) be grateful for but right now are irritating the hell out of me. There’s a part of me that wants to hire someone off of Fiverr to just do it for me. There’s also the part of me that is so stubborn and a control freak I insist on doing it myself. This is both a wonderful display of grit and tenacity and also a display of why everything I ever attempt to do takes so long that sometimes once the learning curve is over my interest has waned. Except when it comes to my passions. In those cases I just bitch and grumble and drink way too much coffee and tea until I’m jittery and foul mouthed but closer to figuring it out and also a little smug that I did it myself. Welcome to my world.
